Welcome to Invoice Goat. By accessing or using our website, software, or services ("Service"), you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Account Registration & Security

  • You must be at least 13 years old to use Invoice Goat.
  • All users must verify their email address during sign-up. We do not store passwords — login is handled via email login code or Google OAuth.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for any activity under your account.

2. Payments & Subscriptions

Invoice Goat uses Stripe for secure payment processing. We do not store your credit card or CVV information in our system.

Subscription Terms

  • Subscriptions automatically renew on a recurring basis based on the term you select:
    • Monthly: every 30 days
    • Yearly: every 365 days
  • Renewal is processed up to 24 hours before expiration to allow time to resolve billing issues without service interruption.
    • Yearly plans receive an email reminder 7 days prior to renewal.
  • Renewals are automatically added to your original expiration date if processed early.
  • Subscriptions will continue to renew unless cancelled.

Subscriber Authorization

By subscribing, you authorize Invoice Goat to:

  • Charge your saved payment method for recurring payments based on the selected billing cycle.
  • Initiate payments on your behalf for subscription renewals.
  • Determine payment amounts based on your chosen plan.
  • Process charges in accordance with this cancellation policy.

Customer Authorization

Users of Invoice Goat Online Pay Powered by Stripe ("Online Pay") acknowledge that the information they submit to Online Pay is collected and used by Stripe Payments Company ("Stripe") for the purpose of enabling Invoice Goat to provide Online Pay. In respect of submitting such information to Stripe, such Users agree to and are bound by the Stripe's terms of use and privacy policy found at: https://stripe.com/legal/connect-account. Users further acknowledge that Invoice Goat will, in providing Online Pay, obtain User's information provided to Stripe, and such information will be subject to these Terms. Invoice Goat provision of Online Pay constitute "Services" for purposes of these Terms.

Cancellation Policy

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time.
  • Once cancelled, your subscription will remain active until the end of the billing period.
  • Refunds are not provided for partially used periods.

3. Failed Payments & Expired Accounts

  • If your payment fails, you will receive a notification and will have a grace period before your account access is affected.
  • Once your subscription expires:
    • You will retain limited readonly access to certain areas (e.g., viewing invoices, downloading your data).
    • You will not be able to make edits or access the dashboard.

4. Account Deletion

You may request permanent deletion of your account by emailing support@invoicegoat.com. Requests are processed within 24 hours.

  • Deletion is permanent and cannot be reversed.
  • Any remaining subscription time will be forfeited and not refunded.
  • We strongly encourage exporting your data before requesting deletion.

5. Intellectual Property

All content and software provided by Invoice Goat is the property of Invoice Goat. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute any part of our platform without explicit written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

Invoice Goat is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the service.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
